Cómo: Comienza la Navegación y Aprender
Instrucciones Escritas
- La página "Mis proyectos" es donde todos los planos de planta residirán y donde cada uno puede abrirse, cambiado de nombre y eliminados
- Siempre diseñar y crear los planos de planta en un equipo, sin embargo, los planes de piso se pueden ver en los dos ordenadores y dispositivos móviles
- Para crear un nuevo plano de planta, haga clic en el botón "Crear un Proyecto Nuevo" y seleccione una de las siguientes opciones:
- Empezar Desde Cero - Dibujar el plano de planta o cargar una imagen de plano de planta y trazar sobre ella
- Elija una Plantilla - Seleccionar un lugar real o un espacio genérico
- Abrir un Proyecto Guardado - Continuar trabajando en un plan de piso se iniciaba o abrir una planta para hacer una copia
- Elementos de navegación incluyen los siguientes:
- Guardar - Guardar planos de planta antes de salir de la aplicación
- Duplicar - Hacer una copia del plano de planta actual (también se utiliza para crear plantillas)
- Deshacer - Deshace la acción más reciente
- Rehacer - Se añaden de nuevo una acción que se ha deshecho con anterioridad
- Selección de grupos - Grupo varios elementos para hacer copias o eliminar
- Acercar - Mueve el plano de planta en una vista de primer plano
- Reducir - Mueve el plano de planta hacia fuera para una amplia vista en perspectiva
- Centro de planos de pisos - Centros de la planta en el área de trabajo
- Cámara Center - Centros de la cámara en el espacio de trabajo
- Ayuda - Abre los tutoriales en vídeo
- Niveles - Añade plantas adicionales de un lugar / instalación de la planta
- Inventario - Genera una lista de todos los elementos de la planta y la cantidad de cada uno y el plano de la sala si se añade
- Plan de 2D - Vista aérea de la planta
- 3D Walk - Le permite caminar a través de la planta como si estuviera de pie allí en persona
- 3D Global - Proporciona una vista de pájaro de la planta
- Unidades de Medición - Seleccionar pies o metros

Cómo: Dibujar una Habitación
Instrucciones Escritas
- Haga clic en la pestaña "CONSTRUIR"
- Haga clic en la "PARED" herramienta de dibujo
- Haga clic izquierdo el puntero del ratón donde estará cada esquina de la habitación
- La sala de juntas se ajustará una vez que haga todas las esquinas de la habitación y al final haciendo clic en el punto de partida (pulse la tecla "Escape" en el teclado para salir del modo de dibujo)

Cómo: Subir un Plano de Imagen y Traza Sobre Ella
La Instrucción Escritas
- Haga clic en la pestaña "ANTECEDENTES"
- Haga clic en el botón "Examinar"
- Busque la imagen en el ordenador, seleccionarlo, y haga clic en el botón "Subir" botón
- Haga clic en el icono de candado en la pestaña de "fondo" para bloquear la imagen en su sitio
- Haga clic en el botón "Escala" para escalar la imagen
- Dibujar una línea de la longitud de una de las paredes y luego insertar la dimensión de la pared real
- Haga clic en la pestaña "construir"
- Haga clic en la "pared" herramienta de dibujo para trazar sobre la imagen
- Haga clic izquierdo el puntero del ratón donde se encuentra cada esquina de la habitación
- La sala de juntas se ajustará una vez que haga todas las esquinas de la habitación y al final haciendo clic en el punto de partida (pulse la tecla "Escape" en el teclado para salir del modo de dibujo)

Cómo: Dibujar un Espacio Exterior
Instrucciones Escritas
- Haga clic en la pestaña "CONSTRUIR"
- Haga clic en la herramienta "Surface / al aire libre" dibujo
- Haga clic izquierdo el puntero del ratón donde estará cada esquina del espacio al aire libre
- El espacio al aire libre se pegarán una vez que haga todos los rincones de la zona y al final haciendo clic en el punto de partida (pulse la tecla "Escape" en el teclado para salir del modo de dibujo)
- Haga clic en los metros cuadrados (que se encuentra en el centro de la zona) para abrir la ventana Propiedades del área (se abre a la derecha)
- Haga clic en el icono del ojo al lado de "techo" para ocultar el techo
- Haga clic en el botón del piso "material" para seleccionar el pavimento deseado

Cómo: Eliminar una Habitación o Espacio
Instrucciones Escritas
- Haga clic en el icono de pies cuadrados ubicado en el piso y la ventana de la habitación de límites se abrirá a la derecha
- Haga clic en el botón "Eliminar"
- Haga clic en una pared y la ventana pared límite se abrirá a la derecha
- Haga clic en el botón "Eliminar"
- Repita los pasos 3-4 para cada pared

Cómo: Cambiar el Tamaño de una Habitación
Instrucciones Escritas
- Haga clic en una pared en el área de trabajo
- Arrastre la pared para cambiar el tamaño de la habitación

Cómo: Agregar Paredes y Columnas
Written Instructions
- Click on either the exterior or interior wall feature located in the “BUILD” tab
- Left click your mouse where where the beginning and end of the wall will be located
- Double click your mouse or press the “escape” key on the keyboard to close the wall feature
- To make a wall a half height wall, click on the wall and the Wall Boundary window will open to the right
- Change the height of the wall to be less than the height of the ceiling
- To create a column use the "Interior" or "Exterior" wall feature located in the "BUILD" tab
- Left click your mouse where where the beginning and end of the column will be located
- Double click your mouse or press the “escape” key on the keyboard to close the wall feature
- Click on the column and the Wall Boundary window will open to the right
- Change the thickness of the wall to the desired column width

How To: Add a Corner to a Wall
Written Instructions
- Click on the wall that needs the corner added
- The Room Properties Window will appear on the right
- Click the "Add Corner" button
- Click the intersection where the wall split is located and drag to create the new corner

How To: Change Room Material, Color & Height
Written Instructions
- Click on the square footage icon located on the floor and the Room Properties window will open to the right
- Input the ceiling height in the "Height" field
- Click "Yes" to raise the height of all the walls in the Room to match the new ceiling height
- Click the ceiling "Material" button to select the desired ceiling
- Click the floor "Material" button to select the desired flooring
- Click the wall that needs the color or material changed
- Click "Material Right" or "Material Left" to change the appropriate side of the wall
- Select the desired wall material
- Check the "Change Color" box to change the wall color, then slide the color bar or input a Hex Code

How To: Add Levels
Written Instructions
- To add another level, or floor to the floor plan, click on the Levels icon to open the Levels window
- Add, Delete or Rename the floor within the window
- Click the Levels drop down to move between floors

How To: Add Room Construction
Written Instructions
- Click on the "FURNISH" tab
- Click the "Doors, Windows & Room Construction" category
- Scroll to see your options or search for an item by typing a keyword into the search bar
- Click and drag the item into the workspace

How To: Add Items to a Floor Plan
Written Instructions
- Click on the "FURNISH" tab
- Select a Category
- Scroll to see your options or search for an item by typing a keyword into the search bar
- Click and drag the item into the workspace

How To: Change Item Color & Size
- Click the item in the floor plan to open the Item Properties window (opens to the right)
- Input the new width, length and height dimensions in the respective fields
- Input the distance from floor dimension to raise a product off the ground (i.e., to raise an item off the floor and place it on a table)
- Click on the color box of the part of the item to change the color
- Select a color from the color pallet or input a Hex Code
- To apply the color to all of the same Items in the workspace, click the “Apply to All” button

How To: Copy & Delete Items & Autofill a Floor Plan
Written Instructions
- Click the "Group Items" tool located in the navigation bar
- Draw a square around the item(s) that need to be copied
- Select one of the following 3 options, located in the Group of Items window on the right:
- Single Copy - Click the "Copy" button and then move the item(s) to the desired location while they are still highlighted
- Copy to a Different Floor - Select the floor and then click the "Copy" button
- Autofill the Floor Plan - Select the number of rows and the number of columns you need and the spacing between each copy (Note: If you need the column spacing to be different than the row spacing, you will need to perform this action two times – first by making the column copies and then secondly by making the row copies)
- To delete a group of items, draw a square around the items and click the delete button

How To: Label Rooms & Areas
Written Instructions
Rooms and areas can be labeled two ways:
- Click on the floor of the room or area that needs labeling and the Boundary window to the right
- In the "Room Name" field type the Name
- In the "Room Dimensions" field input the room or space dimensions
- Click on the "Notes" feature located in the "BUILD" tab
- Draw a box where you would like the room label to be located
- Click on the new box and the Notes window will open to the right
- In the "Notes" field type the Name of the room or area
- Change the text color, background color, opacity, and text size of the new label within this window

How To: Add Notes & Arrows
Written Instructions
To add a Note:
- Click on the “Notes” feature located in the "BUILD" tab
- Draw a box where you would like the Note to be located
- Click on the new box and the Notes window will open to the right
- In the "Notes" field type the desired Note
- Change the text color, background color, opacity, and text size of the new Note within this window
- Change the text orientation by resizing the text box to be vertical
To add an Arrow:
- Click on the “Arrow” feature in the “BUILD” tab
- Left click with your mouse where you would like the beginning and end of the arrow to be located
- Click on one of the ends of the arrow and drag to resize or change the orientation
- Change the color of the arrow by clicking on the arrow and opening the Arrow window to the right

How To: Add Dimensions
Written Instructions
- Click on the “Dimensions” feature located in the "BUILD" tab
- Left click your mouse where where the beginning and end of the dimension will be located
- Click on the dimension end handle to drag and resize it
- To delete a dimension, click on the dimenson to open the Dimension Window to the right and click the delete button

How To: Hide Layers
Written Instructions
- Click on the "BUILD” tab and the Visibility Options will be located at the bottom
- Items & Furniture - Uncheck the box to hide Items in the floor plan and recheck the box to make them visible again
- Room Labels - Uncheck the box to hide the Room Labels and recheck the box to make them visible again
- Wall Dimensions - Uncheck the box to hide the Wall Dimensions and recheck the box to make them visible again
- Floor Visibility - Slide the scale to the left to hide the floor and slide the scale to the right to show the floor

How To: Email a 2D & 3D Interactive Floor Plan
Written Instructions
The 2D and 3D interactive floor plan can be emailed to others for viewing on their computer 2 ways:
- Click on the red email icon in the upper right corner of the 3D Event Designer
- Input the recipient’s email address, name, and who it is from
- Click the "Send" button
- Copy and paste the URL link of the floor plan into an email and send it

How To: Share on Facebook & Twitter
Written Instructions
- Click on the "Twitter" or "Facebook" icon located on the right side of the navigation and tool bar
- A window will open and you will see the link to the floor plan, where you can also add additional text
- Insert your username and password
- Click the "Sign In" button

How To: View Floor Plans on Mobile Devices
Written Instructions
- While in the 2D view, select the "SNAPSHOTS" tab and click the "Save a Snapshot" button
- Name the floor plan snapshot
- Go into the 3D Walk view, and while in the "SNAPSHOTS" tab, click the "Standard Photo" and "Panoramic Snapshots" buttons and name accordingly
- Go into the 3D Global view, and while in the "SNAPSHOTS" tab, click the "Standard Photo" and "Panoramic Snapshot" buttons and name accordingly
- All snapshots in the Album are viewable on Mobile Devices by their link (double click on an image to open it and get its link)
- All snapshots are also located in the My Projects section of the website

How To: Create a Seating Chart & Inventory List
Written Instructions
- Click on the table and input a number or name in the Label field in the Item Properties window (located to the right)
- Select the Seating Chart icon (3 dots located to the right of the Label field)
- Input all the guests' names that are sitting at the table, along with their entrée selections
- Click the "Inventory" button located in the top navigation bar
- The Inventory List and Seating Chart will be auto-populated for you to Print or save as a PDF to email
